1. Booking Fee
At Perfect Angle Aesthetics, a £20 deposit is required to secure any booking alternatively, our booking system will allow you to pay ahead of your appointment which is fully refundable if our cancellation policy is followed. This deposit ensures your appointment is reserved and covers the time and resources allocated for your treatment. Please note:
- The £20 booking fee is non-refundable.
- The booking fee can be applied towards the cost of your aesthetic treatment on the day of your appointment.
- If you decide not to proceed with the treatment or cancel the appointment in accordance with our cancellation policy, the deposit will be forfeited and cannot be refunded
-If you make payment in full for your treatment ahead of your appointment a booking fee is not required.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment for your treatments:
- Credit Cards: We accept all major credit cards for payment at the time of booking your appointment.
- Cash: You may also choose to pay in cash on the day of your appointment

-Clearpay offering you flexible payment instalments to spread the cost of your treatment.
Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available when attending your appointment.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate our clients and ensure efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Rescheduling.: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your £20 booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment date.
-Your rescheduled appointment should be made within 30 days of the cancelled appointment and cannot be rescheduled thereafter.
- Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.
- No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without notifying us, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be charged the full cost of the treatment.
4.. Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, your treatment time may be shortened to avoid inconvenience to other clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and your booking fee will be forfeited.
5. Refunds
All payments for treatments, including booking fee, are non-refundable except under the following circumstances:
- If Perfect Angle Aesthetics cancels your appointment and cannot offer an alternative date or time.
- If you are unable to proceed with the treatment due to medical reasons, provided that sufficient evidence (e.g., a doctor’s note) is presented.
